We Need More Nuns
I am writing to ask you
to purchase for yourself, or as a Christmas present for your
relatives or friends, a copy of my book, in manuscript form,
entitled Did I Ever Thank You, Sister. It is my personal story of growing up in a Catholic Orphanage in the l960's and of the
impact the nuns who cared for me have had on my life. I rose to
riches, crashed and burned, and finally came back to the values and
life style the nuns taught me. It has worked.

addition, every penny of your purchase price will go toward a
project my family and I have undertaken to give back something to
the religion which means so much to us—the building of St.
Francis Lodge in northern Minnesota, which will be a free-of-charge,
secluded "get-away" for nuns and for young women contemplating
entering the convent.
